Pink Kale



Pink kale looks almost too pretty to eat. Its sprouts, however, are similar to broccoli and cabbage sprouts and quite edible.

    I've heard of Kale, but not sure if I've had any yet. Your photos are not displaying correctly :(

    I have seen and tasted Red, Green and Black Kale, but have never seen nor heard of "Pink" Kale. I will have to watch for it.
